freedom of expression

I can't wait to watch the documentary on Iris Apfel.   No word on release date yet but left in the hands of the Maysles, we will be left with a stunner.
For those of you who recognize her signature look but have no idea what for, here's a tiny bio...
She is known for her work in both interiors and fashion. Her husband and her ran a textile firm called Old World Weavers that did exact replications of 17th, 18th and 19th fabrics until 1992.  She was also known for her work in design restoration projects for the White House for nine presidents: Truman, Eisenhower, Nixon, Kennedy, Johnson, Carter, Reagan, and Clinton.   Most importantly is her own inspirational, trendless, unique style.   Until the doc comes out you can thumb through her book (or just leave open on the coffee table to make you smile each day).
